Introducing our Wine 101 Education Series.
This is a four-part series designed to walk you through the fundamentals of wine. In our Sparkling Wine class, we’ll explore the various types of sparkling wine, the different production methods–from traditional to tank, highlight key sparkling wine regions, and teach you how to evaluate sparkling wines.

All classes are taught by certified sommelier and wine educator Dorothee Fisher, who also teaches WSET Level 2 at the San Francisco Wine School.
