Introducing our Wine 101 Education Series.
This four-part series will guide you through the fundamentals of wine. In our Dessert Wine class, we’ll explore a range of sweet and fortified styles—from Sauternes to Port to Madeira—delve into their unique winemaking processes, and highlight the key regions that produce them.

All classes are taught by certified sommelier and wine educator Dorothee Fisher, who also teaches WSET Level 2 at the San Francisco Wine School.
