Based in San Luis Amatlan (Oaxaca), Noble Coyote uses four different types of local agave to produce their line of single-origin mezcals, crafted by knowledgeable ‘Maestro Mezcaleros.’ Each bottle depicts the specific agave type, lot, mezcalero, and bottle number, making every creation uniquely authentic. ‘Tobala’ is a 12 year old, twice distilled bottling, full of smoky, wood-driven flavors of spice, bacon, cracked pepper, and dried citrus.
