Narupa is a small family-run winery in Galicia’s Val do Salnés, a coastal sub-region of Rías Baixas known for producing crisp, mineral-driven albariño. The 2024 'Caneco' is bright and expressive, with citrus, floral, and herbal notes, a touch of balsamic complexity, and racy acidity that reflects the Atlantic influence. Made from 100% albariño, it is fermented and aged 10 months on the lees in stainless steel, followed by 3 months in bottle for added texture and balance. Perfect with fried shrimp tacos, shellfish, or a light seasonal salad.
