Swiss Wine & Raclette Event - Thursday, March 19th, 5:00pm-7:00pm PT
Join us for a truly unique and unforgettable evening celebrating Swiss wines and traditional raclette.
Only 1% of Swiss wines are exported, making this a rare opportunity to explore one of Europe’s best-kept secrets. Our friends at Domaine Dardagny Inc. have curated an exceptional tasting that highlights the remarkable diversity of Switzerland’s wine regions.
Swiss wines are among the most distinctive in the world, shaped by extreme alpine terroir: glacial, mineral-rich soils, intense sun exposure, and high-altitude vineyards. Many of these steep slopes require artisanal, hand-tended viticulture. The result is wines of precision and character: bright acidity, pronounced minerality, freshness, and elegance.
We will taste both native varieties, including Chasselas, and international grapes interpreted through a uniquely Swiss lens.
Each wine will be paired with melting raclette cheese poured over potatoes, accompanied by all the traditional fixings. Together, they reveal the depth and beauty of these mountainous appellations.
