Join us for an exquisite lineup of fine wines, thoughtfully paired with gourmet bites, led by Robert Morrison (Romo) of Authentic Wine Selections.

A master of food & wine pairing theory, Romo brings rare depth of experience to the table. As former General Manager and Wine Director of a fine-dining French restaurant with a Wine Spectator Grand Award–winning list, he spent eight years working under his mentor, Chef Douglas Organ, whose restaurants in France have each earned three Michelin stars. Romo later transitioned into wine distribution, further refining his palate and philosophy while working alongside Master Sommelier Fran Kysela.

This intimate, seated tasting showcases food and wine pairing at its highest level—insightful, intentional, and unforgettable.
