From old bush-trained vines on Mt. Etna's northern slope, 'Nero di Sei' reflects Palmento Costanzo’s focus on organic farming and traditional Sicilian winemaking. The 2020 vintage shows darker fruits, volcanic savoriness, and structure. Fermented with native yeasts in neutral oak vessels, and then aged for 24 months in traditional botti. Pair with grilled lamb, richer mushroom dishes, or hearty winter stews.
