Mia Subotic took the helm in 2020 with a goal of remaking this historic estate (founded in 1860) in the Côte Chalonnaise. Working side by side with legendary Burgundy winemaker David Duband, Mia is crafting elegant, crisp, and crushable wines. In the glass the intense and complex nose reveals notes of white fruits and peppery spices. On the palate it is rich, yet bright with a long mineral finish. Lobster please!
