A pure expression of Corsican character, the 2022 'Brama' is crafted from 30-year-old Sciacarellu vines planted to the island's mineral-rich sandstone soils, with a southeast exposure.
Hand-harvested and 100% de-stemmed, the wine ferments with native yeasts in a mix of foudre and oak barrels, where it undergoes an extended 45-day maceration. With minimal intervention (no fining and a very light filtration) the result is a wine that embodies the vibrant energy of its Mediterranean origin, balancing bright red fruit, subtle spice, and a mineral finish.
Aged for 14 to 18 months, this wine is a refined portrait of Corsica’s rugged soul.
