Revolver was founded by Leo Erazo in the heart of Mendoza’s Uco Valley back in 2013. Erazo farms small-bach Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that ferment naturally in neutral barrel and concrete. Fruit for this thirst-quenching bottle comes from high-elevation vineyard sites in Gualtallary and shows notes of ripe stone fruit, nutmeg, wet stones, and white flower petals. Unoaked and bright, this refreshing juice is proof of just how good high-altitude South American Chardonnay can be.
