Rémi and Laurence Dufaitre founded their namesake domaine in 2006, producing wines from the Brouilly and Cote de Brouilly crus in Beaujolais, tending their vines all organically. After studying with natural wine ‘godfather’ Jules Chauvet, Dufaitre has taken a hands-off mentality in his cellar, creating fun, carbonically macerated red wines.
