The two plots, ‘Les Bullands’ & ‘Les Tours,’ cover a total of 1.2 hectares and are farmed all organically. ‘Les Tours’ is lively and fruit-forward, showing flavors of tart strawberries, chalky earth, and fresh cut herbs.
