Fruit for ‘Barsotti’ comes from high-elevation red granitic soils in the Sierra Foothills. Carbonic maceration and whole cluster fermentation keep the wine light and bright, leading to a vibrant and aromatic wine loaded with flavors of tart cranberry and juicy strawberries.
