Vines were planted in 1992, with plantings covering nearly 50 hectares. The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc comes from Santa Ynez, vinified in a combination of steel and oak. Crisp and refreshing, the wine’s energetic, citrus & tropical fruit driven palate makes it the perfect aperitif wine.
