Founded in 2010 by former sommelier Matt Ahern, The Wonderland Project produces three top-notch wines from organically farmed fruit in California. Ahern sources his Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Scribe Winery, where he also vinifies and blends his juice. ‘Two Kings’ is a varietal Pinot Noir sourced from various vineyards across Carneros. Fruit ferments with native yeasts and 15% whole clusters followed by six months of aging in French oak (15% of which is new). Notes of ripe black cherries, peppercorn, and dried rose petals dominate this elegant yet flavor-packed palate.
