The Joliet family has been farming vines in Fixin since 1853, now represented by Bénigne Joliet, the family’s sixth-generation. All farming is done organically and wines are aged for at least two years in barrel. This silky and aromatic Pinot shows enticing flavors of dark fruit, underbrush, and fresh herbs.
