It's named after the duo's sister Emily's baby named Chlöe, who was born during the 2020 vintage. We love this new world take on Rhone structure. It's made with native yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered. We're eating it with meat-lovers pizza and sharing it with a few great friends.
