The Elio Grasso estate’s 18 hectares of vines are located in the heart of Monforte d’Alba. Today, the family focuses on single-vineyard bottlings, as they believe that this best highlights each of their unique growing sites. This powerhouse Barolo shows flavors of sweet red cherries, white pepper, and tar. Tannins are insanely grippy yet remain balanced by bright acidity.
