Founded by longtime friends Eric Railsback and Justin Willett, Lieu Dit seeks to highlight the unique microclimates and soils of Santa Barbara. ‘Vallin’ pays homage to the original settlers of the Northern Rhone Valley, who were the first to plant and cultivate the region’s signature Syrah grape variety. Fruit for this Grenache based rosé comes from Camp Four Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley, which is one of the region’s highest-regarded growing sites. Crisp, clean, and crazy easy to drink, this is hands-down one of our favorite rosés.
