Founded by longtime friends Eric Railsback and Justin Willett, Lieu Dit seeks to highlight the unique microclimates and soils of Santa Barbara, focusing on grape varieties of the Loire Valley. The 2016 ‘Sans Soufre’ ferments with 50% whole cluster, adding texture and complexity to the structure of the wine; beautiful and dark-fruited, with notes of Provencal herbs and spicy undertones. Truly delicious!
