Crafted from Japan's only female brewery owner/toji, this delicious sake is brewed in Hiroshima, where Ginjo sake was first produced. 'Moon on Water' Junmai Ginjo is precisely fermented and bottled without charcoal filtering. Flavors of white pepper, cantaloupe, green melon, and allspice lead to a soft and savory finish. Pair with lobster, scallops, or all things tempura.
