This fresh and fragrant Pinot Noir is loaded with flavors of tart cranberries, pomegranate juice, rose hips, lavender, and roasted herbs. Fruit comes from sustainably-farmed vines rooted in marine soils in Monterey County. The wine is 60% whole-cluster fermented with native yeasts and aged for 24 months on its fine lees in a combination of new/used oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
