Emmanuel Rouget trained under his famed uncle, Henri Jayer, eventually taking over winemaking duties in the mid 80s. This blend of pinot noir and gamay is aged in 50% new oak with the balance being 1 year old. All the grapes at Emmanuel Rouget are destemmed and enjoy cold soak maceration before fermentation in concrete vats. This high quality Passetoutgrains is one of the best out there and really comes alive with air - enjoy over the course of your dinner and you'll be delighted!
