Gamay for Cotton’s Cote de Brouilly comes from vines averaging 65 years in age, aged eight months in used oak. Organically farmed, vinified semi-carbonically, and produced sans soufre, the wine shows poppy red fruit flavors noted with earth and spice. Downright chuggable!
