Adam Tolmach has been farming vines in the Ojai Valley for over 30 years, taking over the land that his grandfather bought back in 1933. He transitioned the farm from sustainable to organic farming, understanding the healthy changes it brought to his wines. The 2013 ‘John Sebastiano Vineyard Syrah’ elegant, peppery, and earthy, showing notes of fleshy dark fruit and smoke; a supreme example of what refined and structured California Syrah can be.
