Early harvests and use of neutral oak keep wines bright and vibrant, with the ability to age long term. The 2015 Cab Sauv is deep and full, with notes of ripe black fruit, figs, and herbal undertones. Textured and sophisticated, the wine is a no-brainer for lovers of California reds.
