Notes of canned peaches, grapefruit skin gunflint, and baking spice dominate the wine’s unctuous yet balanced palate. The wine is vinified with native yeasts, undergoes natural malo, ages in 20% new oak for 17 months, and is bottled unfined/unfiltered. This is natural White Burgundy in one of its finest forms.
