All of the estate’s fruit is whole cluster crushed and sees short macerations, which lead to elegant wines of pristine quality. ‘Steinertal’ Gruner comes from a cooler plot of terraced vines and is marked by flavors of pear skin, underripe stone fruit, and sea salt flavors, which lead to a zesty and citrus-driven finish.
