Damien Roux comes from a long line of grape growers in Bandol. His farm is named Domaine Marie Bérénice, after his daughter, and is located on the other side of the walled Medieval town from our friends at the Domaine Tempier.
The rosé is a blend of 80% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache and 10% Cinsault, all organically grown on clay-limestone soils, then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
This is a rosé made to be enjoyed at the table, and will pair beautifully with all types of Provence-inspired dishes.
