Former Wind Gap winemaker Scott Schultz brings his winemaking talents to Jolie-Laide, a small production winery situated in the heart of Sebastopol, California. Fruit for ‘Barsotti’ comes from high-elevation red granitic soils in the Sierra Foothills. Carbonic maceration and whole cluster fermentation keep the wine light and bright, leading to a vibrant and aromatic wine loaded with flavors of tart cranberry and juicy strawberries.
