This single-vineyard Chardonnay from Goisot is produced from biodynamically-farmed fruit cultivated in blue clay, marl, and limestone soils. Briny and lifted, this highly aromatic wine is loaded with flavors of Meyer lemon, tangy citrus, orange blossom, and crushed seashells. Goisot’s ‘Gondonne’ vines were planted from massale selection cuttings taken from the Raveneau and Dauvissat families’ ‘Les Clos’ vineyard sites.
