Flavien Nowack refocused his family estate’s production back in 2011, honing in on single-vineyard bottlings to display the most honest sense of terroir possible. Vines are farmed organically and secondary fermentation is executed with grape must, giving way to soft, delicate wines. ‘La Fontinette’ is 100% Pinot Meunier, showing notes of stone fruit, citrus, wet stones, and ginger, giving way to a smooth, zesty finish.
