Fourth-generation Etienne Julien now heads this Burgundy based estate, though its history dates back to the late 1800s. Today, lutte raisonnée practices and yield control are now implemented across the estate’s ten hectares, which are spread across Nuits Villages, NSG, and Echézeaux. The 2013 NSG is destemmed and vinified in barrel, creating a savory, red-fruited wine noted with mushroom & wet earth undertones. Delicious with game and red meats!
