One of the best values from Bedrock, a seriously great price on a cool climate, Central Coast Syrah. A selection of clones were fermented partially whole-cluster and aged in larger, neutral oak. Here's what we get from all that care: a spicy and aromatic charmer with notes of pepper and violet, with a meaty, dark fruit backbone. One of our favorite Cali-crafted Syrahs, and a hit with grilled steaks or burgers.
