Avinyó founder Joan Esteve was inspired to plant Pinot Noir in Spain when he came back from France with vine cuttings in 1980. It was an experimental endeavor at the time, but it resulted in wines with promise and style! And wow, what a lovely level of crisp acidity in Blanc de Noirs from La Fassina vineyard, a limited release organic bubbly that we're loving with crisp salads, grilled seafood, and grain-based meals. It's a lovely wine for celebrations and friendly evenings.
