He vinifies 11 wines alongside his sister Verena, highlighting modern marketing approaches alongside traditional winemaking techniques. ‘Coche’ is an exotic and aromatic white field blend, vinified from a slew of indigenous Portuguese varieties. The wine is bright and textured, showing flavors of stone fruit, wet stones, & citrus.
