Pascal and Dominique Janvier rent nine hectares of vines (a total of 66 parcels) across Jasnières, a region known for its top-quality dry wines. Though mostly known for their Chenin, this unique ‘Cuvée de Rosier’ is a varietal Pineau d’Aunis, hailing from 25-year-old vines. The wine is juicy and spicy, showing notes of red currants, cranberries, and juicy raspberries. Serve with a slight chill at any outdoor function!
